		<description>Sorry to see this but a very exciting plans are currently being drawn and will be lodged into the council in the next couple of weeks. These plans are for the regeneration of the tea rooms and chalets. There will be a tea rooms, 5 chalets, and the two existing dwellings reinstated. The scale of the development stays the same and there will be showers and locker facilities for use by the public. It is hoped that a new board walk will link the tea rooms to the existing car park at Strathmore road.</description>
